Our Beginner class is designed to teach the most fundamentally important steps in tissue culture. In a small group environment we can learn together the common techniques and avoid mistakes.

HANDS ON TRAINING IN:

1. Preparation of plant material

   1. Plant soap wash

   2. Plant surface sterilization

   3. Plant sampling for genetic testing

2. Media making and autoclaving

   1. Shooting media

   2. Rooting Media

   3. Sterilization protocols for tools

3. Flow Hood Experience

   1. Multiplication of nodal segments

   2. Transfer of developed nodal segments to rooting media

Just like all of our classes, students will receive all fundamental information and protocols for every technique so that they can translate the bootcamp into success at their daily work environment.
